what are these ceiling panels?

Mobil home, late 70s. Those ceiling panels look like some kind of wood panelling but not sure. Any idea?

Yes it is probably a wallboard type of material, which is how I would describe it if I had to, wallboard-type of material.

.........it's a fiberboard material with a paint-process finish. It is still available in 10, 12 and 14 foot lengths.......Greg
