Sometimes I just can't believe what I hear during inspections. Here are a few of those comments from clients.

Wet basement; -That's ok, we won't use this part of the basement anyway... [:-banghea

Electric panel with mice droppings in it; -I will clean the inside of the panel... [:-scared]

From the client; -The owner told me to buy the house and have it inspected later... []
