With new developments in mini tubes in the 50's, they were able to overlap the AM and FM circuits to cut down on parts. Do you inform the buyers of a possible shock hazard? Did you test the fan powered stool too, or is this just random testing you do on a whim? I have to do it quickly. These houses where the 90 year old occupant who hasn't redecorated or changed out appliances for 50+ years are the coolest. I'd love to grab my tri-pod and spend hours shooting dozens of shots with different lighting, angles, etc. All this old retro stuff is just disappearing. I took this cityscape shot from the balcony of a condo and my client caught me and asked me what I was taking pictures of. I said the view. It was nice. He said yes it was.
