Mike Lamb
It's a pick-up-sticks interior reinforcement to the turret of an old Victorian. I did blacken the space between the lumber. Click to Enlarge 48.82 KB Click to Enlarge 49.98 KB
Rob Amaral
reminds me of some kind of game I must have seen in the early 50's... was it 'pick-up sticks' or something like that?
hausdok
I think I remember that sight. It was back in the early seventies a year or two before I quit drinking alcohol. It was after a particularly libation-filled night. I was on the bed looking up at the beamed cathedral ceilings in the cabin I was renting in Woodinville, CT and no matter what I did - close my eyes, close one eye, shook my head, etc. - the rafter ties above me kept gyrating into a confused mess. I remember it freaked me out a little bit 'cuz I thought they were falling on me. Stop freakin' me out, Mike! ONE TEAM - ONE FIGHT!!! Mike
