hausdok Posted December 6, 2012 Report Share Posted December 6, 2012 According to a Washington Post article, a contractor in Washington D.C. is suing a customer for $750,000 and claiming defamation; after she posted an online review in Yelp that not only claimed he did shoddy work but implied that he'd had something to do with the disappearance of her jewelry. The Virginia Supreme Court says that the contractor will be able to recover damages if/when he wins his lawsuit for $750,000 against the disgruntled client. To read more click here.
