The double wye would force the connection to the vent to below the weir of the trap. A double T "combo" would have been the best choice. A double T "combo" would have been the best choice. Which is why I made the four foot high vanity comment. The trap arms are so high that I doubt they'll be able to make any connection. Is Jeff going to make sure the ceiling between those two walls is covered? If the plumbing and electrical penetrations are required to be sealed it seems silly to ignore the gap in the wet wall.
