Dallas/Ft Worth Golf

Heading to the Dallas/Ft Worth area for a few days to play some golf, catch a Rangers game, and go to Monday Night Football at Cowboys Stadium. Not a Cowboys, Bears, Rangers, or Angels fan (Dolphins & Braves fan actually) just sounded like something fun to do. Wanted to see if any brethren from the area have knowledge of what golf course to play and which to skip. I already have tee times at Bear Creek East, Bear Creek West, Tour 18, Tierra Verde, and Fossil Creek. I'll probably have time to get in a couple more rounds.
