John Kogel Posted June 7, 2012 Report Posted June 7, 2012 It might be a sauerkraut dispenser, but I don't think it is. [] We need a closeup of the label there, Robert.
Robert Jones Posted June 7, 2012 Author Report Posted June 7, 2012 Ok John. New pic added. They were in each room. No smell of cooked cabbage in the home:)
hausdok Posted June 7, 2012 Report Posted June 7, 2012 It's a passive through-the-wall intake vent for the whole house air change systems. Pull the string once and it pops out from the wall about a quarter of an inch and allows air in from outside, Pull the string again and it pops closed. ONE TEAM - ONE FIGHT!!! Mike
Richard Moore Posted June 7, 2012 Report Posted June 7, 2012 Home built late 80's. The writing on the label was in Deutsch. I find it verrry interesting that Herr Jones could recognize the German words, but not the English. Click to Enlarge 14.28?KB
Robert Jones Posted June 7, 2012 Author Report Posted June 7, 2012 Damn it Richard, you have caught me. That's a funny pic!
