Mike - What program do you use in editing / manuplating your pictures?

I use two. PS Elements 7 and Corel PSP X2. They both do about the same thing and both cost about $100.

Elements has a tool called Magnetic Lasso which is invaluable but PSP has a lot more subtleties and options to its filters and brush settings.
