Have to agree about Duluth Kurt. I have been wearing the heavy duty work pants for years and love them. I did order the DT Pro's.

Check out the Total Comfort Knee Pads. Their website says they are the first and only doctor recommended knee pads and they have specific approval for total knee replacement patients.

I don't think you can get any more specific than that! And they look super comfortable!
