John Dirks Jr Posted April 14, 2012 Report Posted April 14, 2012 I took the opportunity with the ceiling out to upgrade from 4" bath vent to 6". It's a powerful fan and it's much quieter with the larger vent pipe. They are for any future electrical ideas that might require sending a branch from the panel in the basement and into the attic to any other area of the house. Download Attachment: P1240678.JPG 1596.75 KB I stapled the insulation vapor barrier on the exterior wall mainly. I got tired of doing it and eventually stopped stapling in the interior walls since that is for sound proofing only and doesn't really need a vapor barrier.
