A picture with the item I'm concerned with is shown below. Click to Enlarge 41.76?KB NM is to be routed in a fashion that it is protected from damage and properly secured. In the photo, the NM is squished by the copper, unsupported and too close to the wall surface where disappears behind the paneling. The methods employed speak volumes about the "electrician" and "plumber".

Scottpat Posted February 21, 2012 Report Posted February 21, 2012 That is pretty normal in the land of NM cable (Romex)! Is it perfect? No, but not much if anything is going to happen. Now if it is in the walking path or it is on the ground then I would call it out.
