Bain Posted November 23, 2011 Report Share Posted November 23, 2011 I bought one last month, but can't log onto this site with it. I've tried using the "Done" button on the pop-up keyboard, as well as simply cliciking "Log In" on the web page. I get a message that I'm being logged in, but then I'm back at the home page, with the User Name and Password boxes empty. The issue isn't caps related, and I've adjusted the settings to accept cookies from visited sites, but no luck. Any suggestions? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I don't think it's an issue with your phone because I've had similar problems logging on from a computer that is (gasp) connected to the inter-web with wires. I don't understand most of the inner stuff of all of our new tech gizmo's and don't pretend to understand it. Most of the time it works, thats all I know.
