iPhone 4s

I bought one last month, but can't log onto this site with it. I've tried using the "Done" button on the pop-up keyboard, as well as simply cliciking "Log In" on the web page. I get a message that I'm being logged in, but then I'm back at the home page, with the User Name and Password boxes empty.

The issue isn't caps related, and I've adjusted the settings to accept cookies from visited sites, but no luck. Any suggestions?

Keep trying. I don't think it's an issue with your phone because I've had similar problems logging on from a computer that is (gasp) connected to the inter-web with wires.

Are you touching the Done button or the Log In button? I'm sure it's operator error, but I can't figure out how I'm screwing up.

yes, hit log in, not Done.

If that's not it, I don't know.

I don't log out, but I occasionally pop in from a different machine. If that 'other' log in has been inactive for long enough it gets booted. Sometimes it takes several attempts to log back in.

I had the same problem at first. But after I got my first software update it cleared up. Go figure. I don't understand most of the inner stuff of all of our new tech gizmo's and don't pretend to understand it. Most of the time it works, thats all I know.
