jae3114 Posted November 20, 2011 Report Posted November 20, 2011 I have an apollo hydraheat system in an upstairs condo. the coil in the airhandler is leaking. Does anyone have dimensions for the coil part#HA03230 or know if there is any other manufacturer part that will replace this one without replacing the entire system?
Jim Katen Posted November 20, 2011 Report Posted November 20, 2011 I don't know the size of your coil. It's unusual for the coil itself to leak, though. The leak is probably coming from a connection point that's failed. If so, it's a simple matter to have it fixed. If the coil itself is leaking, it might be repairable as well. If not, lots of companies make hydro air coils. If you can't find one that can be swapped out for your Apollo coil, you could install a new air handler. State makes some nice ones. However, if your water heater is made by Apollo, then it's probably pretty old. You might look at a new system instead of trying to patch up this one.
