I've just learned that Jim Simmons (User name Mr. Electric) was diagnosed with throat cancer in August and has been undergoing radiation treatments.

Jim is a licensed professional electrician and he's been a great supporter and trainer of home inspectors over the years. Now it's time for us to give back.
