Does anyone know the date codes for Amtrol boiler mates? 41g, serial#142885

It's a tank and coil. Aside from filling up with crap or springing a leak, what could possibly go wrong with it?

I just want to know how old it is, that's all. My buyer asked and I would like him to have an answer.

I have yet to figure that out. Besides checking the tag on the T & P valve, I usually assume it's the same age as the boiler.

Yeah, they do leak a lot, especially the ones with the blue steel exterior. Some sort of poly on the inside.
