Bradford White Water heater; Grundfos Circulating pump. Company that Sold and Installed "changed" names. "Home warranty" company told me to buy a new warranty and they would address the issue. I realize the date of installation was 11/2006, however, I started "complaining" 2009. Brandford White advised me several months ago they would reimburse repair of the corroded pipe but No one will work under those payment terms. I thought the water damage was from the Water treatment unit, but apparently not. Hot water is intermittant, if at all. Jim Katen
It looks like you have some leaking connections. That has nothing to do with the water heater manufacturer. The installer typically only warrants his work for a year. Just hire a plumber to fix the leaking connections. The intermittent hot water is a separate issue. Hire a plumber to fix that too. If he finds that it's the result of a manufacturer's defect, then hit up the manufacturer for a reimbursement.
