LANSING, Mich. -- Former NBA player and Michigan State star Jay Vincent was sentenced Friday to 68 months in prison and ordered to pay more than $110,000 to the Internal Revenue Service for his part in a fraud case involving thousands of people who paid to become certified home inspectors.

Good news to hear about Jay Vincent. He scammed many desperate people here in Michigan. Good to confirm our justice system can work for the victims at times!

I hope they get their money back.

there is no chance of getting their money back. The line is in the thousands with the IRS and other entities way ahead of the inspectors.
