So why are the weights tied together? Is that for some kind of exotic exercise routine or is it some kind of weapon?

Or is it one of those things where they tie your hands together, drop those weights around your neck and tip you into the lake?

No. The secret is to upload a 10 kb photo with a watermark across the center. Mike's work is incredibly popular, especially in Holland. I typically get $10-$15 for the full-sized image. It's a great business.
