Marc Posted July 4, 2011 Report Posted July 4, 2011 Dry rot? I had a severe case 3-4 years ago. I had to walk my hands on the wall to negotiate the hallway. I spent the indoor inspection attempting to guess where the joists were, else I'd step thru the sub-floor. I recommended demolition of the entire structure. It was only recently taken down. Marc

My client was going to buy this until I inspected the crawlspace. Before I went into the crawlspace there was only roof problems, water was 20 psi, it had galvanize plumbing even coming from the meter and a few electrical problems
