If It's really old people, I use the font closest to what their high school text books were written in. When it comes to boomers, I'm a little more diverse. I ask what they prefer. If they don't care, I just drop a picture of Bigbird pointing at the defect. The younger ones get Spongebob.

If It's really old people, I use the font closest to what their high school text books were written in. Most of my books were in cuneiform. Font size was dependant upon the physical attributes of our latest conquest.
