Zinsco main breaker a problem

At a mobile home inspection, I saw a 200-amp Zinsco brand main breaker switch at the exterior utility feed.

Are Zinsco main breakers equally as problematic as the smaller breakers?

I haven't found Zinsco breakers to be paritcularly problematic. The trouble I see over & over again is a problem with their connection to the busbar.
