Seller was present. Apparently made it big in the tech industry. Very down to earth. Only has a 2 car garage. Modern day hippy. Tibetan prayer flags, yoga mats, etc around the home. Only one 20" TV in the whole property.

Mechanical room was a maze of equipment. 3 water heaters
