chrisprickett
If you find the problem, congratulations, you're more observant than the sparky, superintendent, and muni inspector on this tract. Okay maybe this is a bit tongue-in-cheek. I think I will use these photos the next time I'm asked "it's a new house-why do I need a home inspection?" Pics are from a 2 1/2 year old, 800K house: Download Attachment: subpanel1.jpg 152.6 KB Download Attachment: subpanel2.jpg 155.85 KB

Paul MacLean
Reminds me of one I saw about a year ago. (Sorry no pics) Three year old house. In the subpanel the neutral cable was simply stuck in the neutral bus lug with no screw. The cable was loose as a goose. How they went three years without a problem I'll never know.
