Inspectorjoe Posted May 8, 2011 Report Posted May 8, 2011 That borders on criminal. Tell us you buy these pictures Phillip. One person couldn't possibly run across all of the stuff you post here. Ya know, you could make a nice extra income selling ride alongs to other inspectors. I'd consider a week spent with you seeing this stuff first hand to be a cool vacation.
John Kogel Posted May 8, 2011 Report Posted May 8, 2011 Here's a scary thought - the kid learned how to build from his dad, and now he's got his own contracting company in your area. [] I built a few funky tree forts when I was a kid, but none of my creations could defy logic and gravity like that thing does.
gtblum Posted May 8, 2011 Report Posted May 8, 2011 How many deer have you taken from there Phillip?[]

Inspectorjoe Posted May 8, 2011 Report Posted May 8, 2011 Come take a ride when you want to. If I ever get down your way, I'll certainly take you up on that offer. When you inspect crap, you find crap. I like that. Truer words have never been spoken
Jim Baird Posted May 8, 2011 Report Posted May 8, 2011 Phillip, I usually exclude tree houses and "play" structures.
Nolan Kienitz Posted May 9, 2011 Report Posted May 9, 2011 Maybe when it was first built it was "ground level" and then it just moved up when the tree grew !!! [:-bigeyes HAH ! I continue to be amazed at what you find over there Phillip.
John Kogel Posted May 9, 2011 Report Posted May 9, 2011 Click to Enlarge 51.26 KB Nolan, I know you were joking, but there are Eli's lurking. [:-alien] Trees grow in layers, sideways. This pic shows how much the tree has grown.
Phillip Posted May 9, 2011 Author Report Posted May 9, 2011 Phillip, I usually exclude tree houses and "play" structures. It's not wrote up in the report. My client and I walked down to look at it and talked about it.
