Tell us you buy these pictures Phillip. One person couldn't possibly run across all of the stuff you post here.

Ya know, you could make a nice extra income selling ride alongs to other inspectors. I'd consider a week spent with you seeing this stuff first hand to be a cool vacation.

Here's a scary thought - the kid learned how to build from his dad, and now he's got his own contracting company in your area. [:)]

I built a few funky tree forts when I was a kid, but none of my creations could defy logic and gravity like that thing does.

It's not wrote up in the report. My client and I walked down to look at it and talked about it.
