HUD 20+ Page "Inspection" Form

Hi All,

I've been hearing about some kind of 20+ page HUD inspection form that's being used by banks dealing with HUD/FHA homes. Apparently, there are some who specialize in doing these inspections. I'd like to get a look at a copy of that form. Anyone know about it and where I can cadge a copy of it?

The one I saw was called a "Property Condition Report or "Property Condition Assessment" Try that.

PCRs are about as accurate as MLS descriptions. I'm just saying.
