Need a HI in Chattanooga TN

Greetings all.

I've got a great Realtor that I've worked with for over a decade, who has relocated to Chattanooga TN and isn't very impressed with the inspectors down there so far.

As are most of the agents here in Richmond, she's a top notch southern belle with reasonable expectations looking for a straight shooter: No candy coating stuff, or making mountains out of mole hills - Just the facts - Tell it like it 'TIS' tis, no matter who it hurts, and she'll be thrilled.

If you know of an HI like that, can you let me know. I told her I'd find her a keeper, assuming one of you gents will know such an inspector.
