Jim Katen Posted February 21, 2011 Report Posted February 21, 2011 Can a electric conduit and gas line for a package unit heating/air conditioner run together through the roof? Is the gas line *in* the conduit? If not, I don't see a problem with it. How were they flashed?
Terence McCann Posted February 21, 2011 Report Posted February 21, 2011 Can a electric conduit and gas line for a package unit heating/air conditioner run together through the roof? It's done all the time in commercial rooftop applications. One pitch pocket for all services.
fasteddie323 Posted February 21, 2011 Author Report Posted February 21, 2011 They were separate electric in EMT and gas in black pipe. They ran down in a metal raised flashing and had tar to seal hole on top.
