tbird Posted February 15, 2011 Report Posted February 15, 2011 I don't know this guy, but this could happen to any one of us. In a Phoenix suburb today, a Home Inspector fell off the ladder, hit the water heater and landed on the concrete floor. He sustained back and neck injuries, was airlifted to the hospital. Be careful out there! http://www.azcentral.com/news/articles/2011/02/14/20110214Gilbert-ladder-fall-abrk.html
Jim Katen Posted February 15, 2011 Report Posted February 15, 2011 "The man sustained minor back and neck injuries, and was taken to Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn for treatment in a helicopter." The poor guy had a tough day. An injured back, and injured neck, and a misplaced modifier.
Erby Posted February 15, 2011 Report Posted February 15, 2011 OK, any ladder fall is NOT funny! I get that. But why did they take him to a health care facility so they could treat him in a helicopter?
mthomas1 Posted February 15, 2011 Report Posted February 15, 2011 Well, at least he didn't suffer the indignity of falling onto a "hot water heater".
