Bain Posted January 5, 2011 Report Posted January 5, 2011 Hey, Phillip. Are you and that new bride still speaking to each other? Or are you communicating with snarls?
hausdok Posted January 5, 2011 Report Posted January 5, 2011 I think the programmers are trying to send me a warning that if I don't stop being such a curmudgeon that I'm going to end up on the bottom of that foggy lake. [:-scared] ONE TEAM - ONE FIGHT!!! Mike
Tom Raymond Posted January 5, 2011 Report Posted January 5, 2011 Hey, Phillip. Are you and that new bride still speaking to each other? Or are you communicating with snarls? They're communicating, but I hardly think there's much speaking going on. Hell, he's probably only here so he can catch his breath. Newlyweds[]

Terence McCann Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 I like the new background as well but have a request. Can it be posted by itself in this thread. There is some kind of marker (I think) behind the forum page and I can't see dang the picture long enough to make it out. Driving me nuts (it doesn't take much [8])

Driving me nuts (it doesn't take much [8]) The marker reminds me of Samara, from the movie "The Ring," for some reason. She's there for a brief instant, then just as suddenly she's gone. I know, however, that behind the words, she lurks . . .

I think it's a lamp post. Is that your photo, Bill? It's good. Very cold.
Bill Kibbel Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 No, it's the background that Terry requested to be posted. Unfortunately, it downsized the image when uploaded.
hausdok Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 I look at that and I feel chilled to the bone and expect to see a womans hand and arm extend up out of the water holding a great big jewel-encrusted broadsword. ONE TEAM - ONE FIGHT!!! Mike
Bain Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 And now Bill posts this tiny-ass photo that no one can see just to mess with us. I think it IS Samara, there on the right tip of the bank. EDIT: (And it kills me that I can only do this to myself.) I was typing this post when Bill made his splaining about the downsized photo.

Erby Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 Here's a link to a blown up version of it, without the hand. Marker - what marker? Earth-Water

Bain Posted January 8, 2011 Report Posted January 8, 2011 I think this thread is absolute, definitive proof that there is NOTHING we can't obsess over. I'm guilty, too, and also contributed, but are there really 31 comments to be made about whether, and how, to caulk the base of a commode? : )
