I'm told the guys that flipped this house, are none other than the two sons of a very good friend of mine, who just happens to sit on the E board of the plumbing local here. They also have an uncle who will likely get the nod to straighten this mess out. I can only imagine the fun they'll have at the family Christmas eve party.

They actually cut the soffit to run it up just outside a window! What did they do to seal between the flue and the hole in the soffit / fascia? And I like the little wood kick stand taped to the side of the water heater, keeping flue from sagging more. That is the funnest thing I've seen in awhile.
