From the email I got from them, they supposedly want someone to perform multi-family inspections in my area. Do they fall into the good, bad or ugly category? I get about 5 of those sorts of "offers" a year, all from folks I've never heard of. Of course, I always run down new leads, & they end in some sort of crappy deal where I do all the work, take all risk & liability, & get about $75. I wouldn't waste the time responding.
