No wheels on the ladder and it is a refurbished model. Also a Type 1 which has a 250 lb rating. 1A would be a rating of 300lb, the ladder they sell on TV.

Still a good deal. New one from LG is $259 Roughly $100 of list price from the manufacter

Yup. The new ones have small solid wheels on one side. You can wheel it like a trash can.
