Calling Perma-Seal, Good Results

I looked at a basement and there were professionally sealed cracks in the foundation. One patch had been leaking so I wrote it up.

The RE lady called Perma-Seal, gave them the address and asked if they did the job. They had. In 2001. There was a 10 year transferable warranty. They even emailed a diagram of the cracks they waterproofed to her phone. This was all done in a few minutes. Pretty cool.
