It ain't no Photoshop, but it's got a few handy tasks - I like the screen capture.

If you really want a poor man's Photoshop, Gimp does almost everything PS does for free.

GIMP is great. Not quite as easy to use as Photoshop but doesn't almost all the same stuff.
