We're looking @ 5000sf, needs grade, compaction, stone, mesh, etc. The whole shebang-a-bang.

$175k or so.

I'd do it for 30-35 grand and put 10 in my pocket for less than a week's work.

Good, 'cuz I was thinking $50K.

$175k seems a little overboard.

If you guys wanted to camp out for a year, I could keep you pretty darn busy on this one.........5 buildings, each 6 residential units over 2 retail, and the contractors pretty much walked off the site when the checks stopped coming. Everythings in varying stages of completion, and my guys are buying the whole ticket for about 3 cents on the dollar.

I'm just the "consultant".............what a freakin' mess. I'd rather deep fry chicken than contract this thing........
