Dallas Inspector wanted

I do inspections for an investor group in AZ, who are expanding to the Dallas area. These are good people who give me 5 to 10 inspections a month. I discount my fee by about 20% because of the volume. I'm looking for a quality inspector to refer them.

I am a licensed inspector in the Dallas area (preferrably in the North side of the city). I am 64 young years old, and a former home remodeler who has been involved in the building/remodeling industry in this area for 7 years.

I provide a through inspection and "am fair to the house", while providing information in the best interest of my client. I have an electronic key. I provide a computer report complete with photos, and typically send a PDF file to my client.
