Yea, good read. Looks like the inspector performed the status quo and didn't do anything negligent.

The only sticky wickett is when he stated the "heating system is in GOOD condition"

I too use that word in my reports. Makes me think twice about using that word however. I don't think I'll stop saying things are in GOOD condition if I'm very confident about the component, but maybe I'll pay more attention to using words like functional or operational instead.
