Cross Connections

I'm working on simplified commentary and pictures for plumbing cross connections. Does anyone have something they would like to share?

I just ran across a cross connection yesterday.

There is a private well system in use for irrigation of the lawn. The water supply piping for the well is connected to the public water supply. This cross-connection should be eliminated.

I saw one two weeks ago in a land-lease community. The main water distribution system was connected to the municipal supply and a drilled well at the same time.

If the city already has anti-backwater valves at the meter it is eliminated. No?
