Okay, so it looks like the condensate drain is clogged.

For the first time ever, I explained today that lizards needed to be removed from the interior of the trunk duct.

Real nice John. You cut off the lizard's head but you couldn't remove him while you were in there? [:-dev3]

Actually it looks more like salamander, but it's still wicked cool. I've had to look at that pic six times already. I just can't get enough.

I had no idea what they were. I told the buyer, though--who was a very cool young woman--that they were baby xylosaurs, and that when fully grown, they could span as much as three feet from nose to tail.

She didn't buy it for a nanosecond, sadly.
