Can anyone ID this product or manufacturer? It's a MDF/masonite type panel.

I believe this is supposed to be the finished product. 1200 W. Madison Ave. Chgo.

Kurt? The top photo makes it look like a laminate.

Looks like fiber cement. Certainteed and Hardie both make sheet goods.

I don't know who the siding manufacturer is but that shouldn't hinder you from writing up the entire 'addition'. Footprint of the walls aren't elevated to keep wind driven rain out, etc.

I would recommend contacting the manufacturer as well, looks like one of Hardie's products or one of the knock off cement base panel products.
