I know I'm always appreciative when sellers take the time to call attention to those little things that I might otherwise not know about. If they can take the time to spell it out, I figure the least I can do is to include a picture of it in the report.[:-slaphap

Yeah...but if everyone documented defects that well even the least intelligent homebuyer could see them. And where would that leave us? [;)]

Ha!

Ain't no way you'll get a buyer to go up onto most roofs or crawl into most of the crawlspaces and attics I see.

I'll always have work.
