Couple of questions here, I am renovating an existing building that we will be moving onto a building lot by Lake Erie. The building is 24 x 32. approx 800 sq ft with two bedrooms, 12 x 11 and 12 x 10 and a bathroom, 7 x 9. How do I go about calculating the size of the electric baseboard heaters and can I run them on one circuit using 12-2 wire ?
