  1. Wow - That was a great post. Thanks!!
  2. Oh I see what you're saying - my logic is, since you know they use a lettering system for their months, and A is the only letter in the serial number, then the year would have to start at the A02 and not at the beginning.
  3. https://www.inspectorsjournal.com/Forum ... IC_ID=2542 Mike posted this in Feb of '06. I've used it a couple of times. According to this thread - it was manufactured in Jan of '02

  8. oh i see what you mean- It was more meant to show that I work any flexible hours. Around here alot of you wont work weekends or evening and I'm just trying to let them know that I'll be available then. I need to change the "give you every advantage to close the sale" line. Thanks - I feel like an idiot now.
  9. Yea pretty much - I wanna get paid while I gain experience. So your saying it's not a good idea I take it?
  10. I know this is going to sound like a really stupid question but I've seen many of you post about working for an established firm for a year before starting up on your own. So I'm wondering how you go about that? How does the pay work and are you working for them as needed or is it a daily thing? Are you still able to do jobs on your own also seeing how I'm licensed and insured for myself? Thanks - I'm curious because I think it would be a great way to get some additional experience as long as I'm not getting ripped off
  11. Wow - that's sweet. Thanks for the time and advice guys. Hausdok - that is exactly what I was wondering. Thanks
  12. Does anyone have any advice on visiting open houses and approaching realtors there and the best way to do that - I'm brand new at it and am a little nervous about how to go about it.
  13. Thanks guys. I've been trying to fumble around on here. Haven't figured out how to locate through the archives yet.
  14. Does anyone have any feed back on PB or PARR - I'm wondering how likely it is to get deployed and if its possible for a new inspector to get some experience this way and make some good money also. Any feed back would be appreciated Thanks
