Let’s face it folks, we all love the home inspection business or we would do something else with our time. But loving the home inspection business doesn’t necessarily pay the bills. You need to market to realtors. But your marketing material needs to be effective. Realtors want to know what’s in it for them by using your home inspection company. Convey this message to the realtors: You understand that whether a real estate transaction moves forward or not often times depends on how the home inspector conveys his inspection findings. And you are not a deal killer! Go directly to the public using the web. Market to your prior clients. Carl

Great job! This stuff works when applied, problem is that most people just won't do it. I would gladly payout $350 and make a $547 profit...that's better than the stock market --- and as you mentioned, you still have 3,700 more hangers to distribute. Congratulations... Carl
