Can anyone tell me if they have worked with a home in south florida that was build in the 1950's with a stemwall foundation. Are the foundation floors normally gravel or concrete slab? Our crawl space is so small that there is no way to access it, and we are having a lot of "soft spots in the flooring" Just wanted to know what to expect when I start pulling up the subfloor. thanks
